Prà makes some terrific white wines from the Soave region. The 2016 Soave Classico Staforte is a case in point. The bouquet shows fine detailing with plenty of citrusy character followed by stone fruit, spice and crushed volcanic stone. This is a lean-bodied white with a good amount of texture and depth to pair with shrimp stewed in coconut milk and lemongrass.
