The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc EQ saw 14% of the wine fermented in second use French oak, the rest in stainless steel. The wine was aged sur lie for seven months with batonnage. Fragrant herbs, cut grass, minerals, and citrus inform the nose of a racy, vibrant, elegantly-styled Sauvignon that will pair well with oysters and ceviche. Drink this outstanding value over the next 12-18 months.
