The Fattorie Melini 2019 Vernaccia di San Gimignano Le Grillaie is a simple and stripped-down expression that offers all the basics (at a very low price). These include fresh aromas of peach, pear and crushed limestone or sea shell. That lean-bodied freshness and those mineral notes set the lunch table for an easy bowl of creamy clam chowder.
