    The 2021 Micho is a blend of 54% Merlot and 46% Cabernet Sauvignon made from free-run juice and set to mature for 21 months in 100% new French oak. Deep ruby, it has pretty aromas of cassis, blueberries, lilac, sage and graphite. The full-bodied palate is powdery and fresh with a perfumed core of detailed fruit and a long, fragrant finish.

    A blend of free-run Cabernet Sauvignon (49%) and Merlot (51%) and matured for 21 months in 100% new French oak, the 2020 Micho has a deep ruby color and aromas of red and black cherries, sage, salami, leather and mushrooms. The full-bodied palate is gently rustic with chewy tannins and softened acidity, and it finishes with savory accents.

    The 2019 Micho is a blend of free-run Merlot (51%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (49%) aged 20 months in 100% new French oak. Deep ruby, it has pretty aromas of blackberries, lavender, grilled meats and dried herbs. The palate is surprisingly lifted and silky, and it has a long, spicy finish.

    The 2018 Micho is made from free-run juice, mostly Merlot blended with 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 21 months in 100% new French oak. It has an opaque ruby-purple color with exotic spices, milk chocolate and potpourri plus notes of tobacco and graphite. The palate is seamlessly fresh with pixelated tannins and ultra perfumed fruit, finishing incredibly long and minerally.

    The 2017 Micho is even more compelling than its 2016 counterpart. A blend of 52% Merlot and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 20 months in 100% new French oak, it has a deep ruby-purple color and scents of warm chocolate, fresh violets, charcuterie, dried herbs and blackcurrant leaf with a core of marionberry, blackcurrant and blackberry pie plus notes of flowers, red fruit sparks and a minerally undercurrent. The medium to full-bodied palate unfurls to reveal layers of fresh, über spicy, mineral-laced fruits, with a firm but incredibly grainy frame and juicy freshness to oppose on the very long, layered finish. Wow!
