    The white 2022 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura, or La Flor y la Abeja, depending on the market, is pure unoaked Treixadura and is aromatic, herbal, clean and modern, velvety and easy to drink and enjoy. 60,000 bottles were produced.

    The 2020 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura is sold in some markets with the label in Spanish, La Flor y la Abeja. It is a straightforward and fruit-driven varietal Treixadura with floral and white fruit aromas and a fresh palate with moderate alcohol (13.2%) and good balance and freshness. It fermented in stainless steel for eight months. 60,000 bottles produced.

    The entry-level white 2018 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura (sold in some markets with the label in Spanish as La Flor y la Abeja) is the most approachable of the whites from Gomariz, pure Treixadura produced in a fresh and floral way, kept with lees until the spring and bottled on flower days (in the biodynamic calendar). It has good volume balanced with enough freshness, it has concentration and clout and it's a serious Treixadura. 60,000 bottles produced.

    The 2017 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura is faintly reductive, so decanting in advance might be a good idea. It has floral and balsamic notes and shows clean and with good precision. The palate is soft, with moderate acidity and a bittersweet finish. This is a big jump in quantity, with 60,000 bottles.

    The 2016 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura (labeled in Spanish as La Flor y la Abeja) is produced with Treixadura from the Avia Valley on granite-rich soils. It has a floral nose, very clean and precise, with very good freshness and very good acidity. It finishes dry, with the strict sensation of the granite. This is remarkably similar to the white Ailalá. 25,000 bottles were filled in April 2017.
