This red wine is an unusual blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Mourvedre. Not surprisingly, there’s no varietal identification here. It opens with indeterminate aromas of berries and oak, and turns richly berryish and spicy in the mouth. It’s dry, with velvety tannins. ——S.H.(11/15/2001)—— 88
