The pale and elegant rosé 2022 Rosado feels relaxed and expressive, aromatic and open. It's a 50/50 blend of Syrah and Petit Verdot with 13.5% alcohol and good freshness. It matured in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels for four months. 12,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2023.

The rosé 2021 Rosado was produced with a 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Syrah from young vines fermented with neutral yeasts, mostly in stainless steel but with part of it in concrete and used 500- and 600-liter oak barrels with an élevage of four months before bottling. It has some orange tints and a creamy nose from the time in oak. It's serious and gastronomic, clean and focused with balance and a dry finish. Very tasty. 18,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2022.

The bright pink rosé 2019 Rosado is more intense in all senses than the Honoro Vera, with red fruit aromas and a balanced palate. It was produced as a 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Syrah from young vines fermented with neutral yeasts, mostly in stainless steel with part in concrete and used 500- and 600-liter oak barrels, and with an élevage of four months before bottling. The deeper color and more nuanced aromas and flavors come from the more oxidative fermentation from the part in oak. It also has deeper and more pungent flavors and a long finish. A serious rosé. 18,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2020.

I also tasted a wine I hadn't encountered before, the 2016 Rosado, a 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Shiraz from young, irrigated vines on trellises. It fermented with neutral yeasts, mostly in stainless steel but also in concrete and used barrels. This wine is mainly destined for the U.S. market. It has a salmon color from its time in barrel, and a nose with some spices and a tasty palate, with some salty notes. It slowly opens up in the glass, with subtle aromas. This is the first vintage for this wine, which is more serious than your average rosé. This could probably evolve in bottle for a couple of years. 18,000 bottles produced.
