There is one dry white wine, the 2015 Moscatel, from ten-year-old vines on trellises with drip irrigation; it fermented in stainless steel at low temperature, and 30% of the volume fermented in 500/600-liter oak barrels. It has aromas of white flowers and fruit, not very strong varietal characteristics, though it is clean, fresh and easy to drink. It has moderate acidity and will be better with food. It's a wine will holds well for 2-3 years. 108,000 bottles produced.

It seems like the dry Moscatel is a category that is finally catching up in Spain as you can see with the 2013 Moscatel Seco (seco means dry) produced with the Moscatel de Grano Menudo (Muscat a Petit Grains). It was fermented dry at low temperature with neutral yeast to preserve the characteristic Moscatel aromas but 30% of the wine fermented in 500- and 600-liter French oak barrels. Those aromas are quite subtle, not really that varietal, and show a herbal side with some sulfur. The palate is light and straightforward with moderate acidity. 108,000 bottles.
