The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is a pretty wine that shows the delicate, understated style of the year. It shows lovely balance and a perfumed personality that has plenty of promise. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2026. (Not yet released)Keever owns six acres of vines in Yountville. Jim Barbour looks after the vineyards while Celia Welch makes the wines. The estate’s 2009 and 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon were even more impressive than they were last year, while the 2011 is a strong effort in a challenging vintage. I am quite confident this small, under the radar winery will soon find a larger audience. All three wines I tasted were fabulous.Tel. 707.944.0910
