The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve reveals a more opaque blue/purple color in addition to gorgeous aromas of spring flowers, blueberries, boysenberries, and hints of licorice and background oak. It cuts a broader, richer, full-bodied swath across the palate with no hard edges. Full and layered, this seamless beauty is further evidence of just how great as well as consistent the 2007 vintage is for this varietal in Napa Valley. Drink it over the next 15-20 years.
