The dark ruby/purple-colored 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve offers beautiful, pure, sweet red and black currant fruit intermixed with notions of kirsch and spice. Elegant and medium to full-bodied, but not the most concentrated 2004, it is a well-made, savory, mouthfilling, satisfying Cabernet to drink now and over the next 10-15 years. It was aged 22 months in 50% new French oak and 50% one-year-old French barrels.
