The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is purple-colored with a perfume of cedar, spice box, violets, black currant, and blackberry. Medium to full-bodied, it has layers of savory black fruit, plenty of fine-grained tannin, impeccable balance, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. This stylish Cabernet will drink well from 2011 to 2021. Cadaretta is a Walla Walla start-up making their wine in a custom crush facility with Virginie Bourque as winemaker.Tel.
